Supply and Demand
There is a shortage of quality listings on the Vancouver market today. Pent-up buyers demand from the holiday season, has led to a robust interest in qualified buyer activity right now. Active listings are in the normal range, however there are not enough quality listings to satisfy the number of these eager buyers at present.
This lack of supply when compared to the extraordinary demand has made it an extreme "Seller's Market" in many areas of Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and some of the outlying areas.
